The Saint Paul College Grants and Scholarships site uses Single Sign On (SSO) with Saint Paul College credentials and requires that the applicant be registered for classes in the award term. New students who wish to apply for Saint Paul College scholarships must be registered with a STARID@my.saintpaul.edu email address. If you are newly admitted to Saint Paul College, it can take up to 2-3 business days from the time you receive your login credentials before you are able to log in to apply for scholarships.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are an applicant and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

I cannot remember my password: Minnesota State StarID login help

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset for non-SPC employees is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. All SPC employees who serve as references and reviewers will sign in with SPC SSO credentials (StarID@minnstate.edu).
