Southward Family Scholarship

The education and degree I received from St. Paul College provided me with exceptional opportunities to enter and grow in the electrical contracting industry. After graduating, I enrolled in a three-year union apprenticeship program and became a journeyman electrician. Early on, when I was building the foundation for my career in the electrical
industry, I never expected to become a foreman and, eventually, the owner of a successful electrical contracting company. It is a great privilege to establish the Southward Family Scholarship in order to help a new generation of union electricians build the foundation of their career and chase their professional dreams in the electrical industry.

This scholarship supports Electrical Technology students with a 3.0 GPA or higher and financial need.
