Sonnack Culinary Scholarship

John Sonnack earned his Culinary Arts diploma in 1975 and went on to a fulfilling career in restaurants, teaching and information technology. After retiring from the field of information technology, he returned to his culinary roots, establishing Bubba’s Fusion BBQ food truck and Fiesta Feliz event center. John’s experience at Saint Paul College made a profound difference in his life and he established this scholarship to pay forward the good things that happened to him because of his attendance at Saint Paul College. John would like everyone to have opportunities in life, and this scholarship is one way to help make that possible for Culinary Arts students at Saint Paul College.

This scholarship supports a Culinary Arts students at Saint Paul College in their first semester. May renew in the second year based on continued progress in the program and minimum 3.0 GPA
