Honors the memory of John Erik Brandenburger and helps aspiring chefs pursue the passion he carried throughout his life. John Erik Brandenburger was a student in the Culinary Arts program at Saint Paul College. His family and friends established this scholarship fund to help other aspiring chefs and to honor John’s memory.
