I've Been Eating My Whole Life Scholarship
Richard graduated from Saint Paul College’s Culinary Arts program in 1984. He was looking for a career after his tour of duty in Vietnam and Saint Paul College offered many different programs and scheduling choices that appealed to him. He chose Culinary Arts and credits the instructors and other students for a lifelong adventure in many different kitchens in many different locations. He has worked in the Midwest, the East Coast, the West Coast, and his last hurrah was in Antarctica working for NANA Services, Inc. Richard is eager to remove barriers students may face so they can start their own adventure in Culinary Arts.
Supports second-semester students in the Culinary Arts program. The scholarship may be continued in the third and fourth semesters based on continued progress in the program.
